Jody Direen
Since releasing her first album - 'Breaks Out' as part of her signing with Australian record label ABC Music in 2015, Jody Direen has been in a whirlwind, clocking up miles on the road and across the skies touring both New Zealand and Australia.
Jody is one of Australasia's most vibrant country stars. She claimed her first Tui at the Aotearoa Music Award for Best Country Artist in 2017 and was announced a finalist for the same award in 2021.
The songstress has performed at Australasia's largest country music festivals such as CMC Rocks (four consecutive years) and Australias first-ever C2C Festival with Tim McGraw and Kelsea Ballerini (Qudos Bank Arena & Brisbane Entertainment Centre). She supported the late Kenny Rogers on his New Zealand tour and LeAnn Rimes and Scotty McCreery on their New Zealand tour.
Experiencing success with radio airplay and single charts for her hits - 'Loud', 'Tattoo', 'Together', 'Dirt Rich', and 'Gimme the Beat' with multiple nominations and stages of all sizes under her belt, Jody continues to release music and tour between Covid-19 lockdowns.
